Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, a lecturer in the Law Department at Al-Noor University College, received a letter of thanks from the Swedish organization Diakonia for publishing a research entitled (International Responsibility for Violating the Right to Health), in the book issued by the organization in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at the Petra University of Jordan, it is a book that includes a group of research that participated in the regional conference on international humanitarian law.
