For higher education students, there are two significant events: an orientation ceremony where they get to know their peers who are starting their academic journey with them, and a graduation ceremony marking the attainment of their degrees. To celebrate the acceptance of a new batch of students, Al-Noor University College organized a central orientation event for students across its ten scientific departments. The event took place outdoors in the college's garden area. The college invited Iraqi poet Raed Abu Fetian, who recited several of his poems, captivating the students.
