One of the fruits on the tree of scientific twinning of Al-Noor University College with the Iraqi higher education academies is the participation of the college’s faculty members in the fields of scientific research and development and the distinguished presence in scientific activities and forums and the committees for supervising graduate students in the specializations of the college’s scientific departments.
In this bright field, the University of Mosul chose Dr. Talal Hamid Hussein, Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at Al-Noor University College, as a member of the editorial board of its peer-reviewed scientific journal, Environment of Al-Rafidain, which is issued by the College of Environmental Sciences and Technologies.
This prestigious magazine is headed by the editorial board of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and includes 14 members, including Dr. Mazen Nizar Fadl, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Administrative Affairs and Assistant Professor at the College of Environmental Sciences and Technologies, in addition to the fact that five of them are from international universities, namely Malaya in Malaysia, University of Georgia, University of Newcastle and the Universities of Management Sciences and Technology in Malaysia.
