Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimy, a lecturer in the Law Department at Al-Noor University College, participated in the scientific workshop held by the Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies under the title (The Impact of Iraq’s Commitments to OPEC Resolutions on the Iraqi Economy), a workshop that was held on the fifth day of August and witnessed the virtual presence of the Minister of Oil, Eng. Ihsan Abdul Jabbar and former Oil Minister Dr. Ibrahim Bahr Al-Ulum.
