In order to provide opportunities for hiring highly qualified individuals and to alleviate the struggles faced by this elite group of the country's workforce, Al-Noor University College has announced its need for holders of advanced degrees in various specialties. Both male and female candidates interested in teaching positions at the college responded to the announcement and attended the interviews. They had previously submitted their documents and credentials in accordance with the announced procedures. The interviews were conducted fairly and transparently to select the most qualified candidates for teaching positions at the college based on merit and the required qualifications. Preference was given to those who did not have prior appointments elsewhere. The interviews took place over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, July 17th and 18th, 2019. Additionally, interviews were also held on Monday, 22/7/2019, for those who had legitimate reasons preventing them from attending on the initially scheduled dates.
