Dr. Bashar Abdel-Ghani Tawfiq, lecturer in the Department of Dentistry at Al-Noor University College, participated in the membership of the discussion committee of the student, Hakam Hisham Sabah Al-Fakhry, about his thesis that he submitted to
the branch of Pediatrics, Orthodontics and Preventive Dentistry at the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, under the title of today, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, is the discussion of the doctoral thesis titled (The effect of local injection of platelet-rich fibrin and osteoprotegerin on orthodontic relapse in the rabbit model). The thesis submitted by the student ( Hakam Hisham Sabah Al-Fakhri) aimed to determine whether local injection of platelet-rich fibrin or osteoprotegerin could reduce orthodontic relapse by increasing bone density. The intention was also to investigate the role of periodontal ligament and alveolar bone remodeling and how they interact during orthodontic relapse in a rabbit model.
The discussion committee that took place on Wednesday 2022/3/30 was chaired by
