With God’s blessing, the official ceremony for the opening of Al-Noor University College was held under the slogan of Al-Noor University College, a scientific edifice shining in the sky of knowledge, and in the presence of a large gathering of the people of Nineveh Governorate and a number of officials in the governorate. The ceremony was also attended by clerics, university professors, and a number of deans of colleges at the University of Mosul. The ceremony included expressive speeches. On the occasion, sports and artistic activities were also held on the occasion, and at the end, fireworks were launched to announce the start of the light for Al-Noor University College
