Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, the instructor at Al-Noor University College, participated in the work of the scientific symposium entitled (The Legal Framework for the Reconstruction of Nineveh), which was held by the College of Law at University of Nineveh with the Lawyers Association- Mosul Mandate Room, where he presented a research paper entitled (Reconstruction of Hospitals and Health Institutions Embodying the Human Right to Health). The paper dealt with the human right to health, which is guaranteed by national and international legal rules. It was also emphasized the need to speed up the reconstruction of hospitals and health institutions, which the citizen desperately needed, as it relates to his life. The research paper included a set of recommendations, including the need to speed up the reconstruction of hospitals, with a call for private hospitals, taking into account the economic situation of the citizen, at least until the hospitals are reconstructed.
