In the presence of Mr. Najm al-Jubouri, Governor of Nineveh, and in accordance with the keenness of Al-Noor University College to foster creativity and embrace its creators, the college participated in celebrating the students of the Gifted School who won second place in the Zayed International Competition by supporting the celebration and honoring the students. A number of managers and officials of state departments in the city and a large audience of people attended the celebration held by Baytna Foundation in one of the ancient houses in Old Mosul City.
