Prof. Dr. Yassen Taha Al-Hajar, Dean of Al-Noor University College, inaugurated the proceedings of the conference with a valuable speech, followed by the speech of Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee and Head of the English Department. Then two research sessions were held, in which eight researches were presented.

Lect. Rand Zuhair Younis, for her PhD Dissertation which she submitted to the Department of English/ College of Arts/ University of Mosul/ in Linguistics under the Title: "The Functionality of Sound Symbolism in Modren English Poetry with Reference to Arabic: A Phonological Study" The discussion took place on Sunday 13/3/2022
