In this respect, Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, Assistant Professor of constitutional law at Al-Noor University College, has been selected as a reviewer member of the Maalem Journal for Legal and Political Studies which is an international scientific journal issued by the University Center Ali Kafi Tindouf in Algeria.
