The scientific family of Al-Noor University College continues its presence in the scientific activities scene of universities and research institutions, where Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, assistant professor of constitutional law in the Law Department, participated in the discussion committee for the postgraduate student for the master’s degree, Mohamed Abdullah Mar'ee Hassan, for his thesis submitted to the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at University of Mosul, entitled (The National Constitution for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights - Iraq as a Model). The discussion committee was chaired by the assistant professor, Dr. Mohamed Ezzat Fadel, and included in its membership, the assistant professor, Dr. Suhaib Khaled Jassim, and the assistant professor, Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, who are from the University of Mosul.
