Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, a professor in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College, participated in the discussion committee for a higher diploma student, Hussein Hamid Sgr, at the College of Law / University of Mosul, for his research entitled (the role of the International Court of Justice in developing the rules of international humanitarian law).
