Al-Noor University College lit its lamps in a celebration that honored more than 130 male and female top students from all stages of all twelve scientific and humanities departments. It began with the Iraqi National Anthem, followed by the Anthem of Al-Noor University College.. Then, Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajar gave a speech that praised their efforts in order to reach such success. After that, a group of the pioneers presented touching stories of their successes and experiences. Participation of a Professor in the Department of Law in publishing a joint research in Al-Anbar University Journal

Journal of Anbar University for Law and Political Sciences published in its first issue of 2022 a joint research conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, the professor at Al-Noor University College, Department of Law, under the title “The Legal Basis for the Right of the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq to Interpret Constitutional Texts: A Comparative Study”.. It is a joint with Dr. Uday Talal Mahmood, Head of the Public Law Branch at the University of Nineveh. The research dealt with the importance of the role that the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq plays in terms of jurisdictions to clarify the legal basis of its right to interpret the constitutional texts.
