The Journal of the College of Law for Legal and Political Sciences published in its 42 issue 2022, a joint research by Dr. Rana Saad Shaker, the instructor at Al-Noor University College/ Department of Law, entitled "Problems of inheriting personal belongings”. In conclusion, the research that she participated in with Professor Dr. Qais Abdulwahhab Issa, the professor at the University of Mosul/ College of Law, dealt with the problems raised by the deceased’s personal belongings, which revolve around the right of who of the heirs to acquire them.
