An instructor at Al-Noor University College/Department of Law publishes a joint research

The Journal of the College of Law for Legal and Political Sciences published in its forty-second issue for the year 2022 a joint research by Dr. Rana Saad Shaker, teacher at Al-Noor University College, Department of Law, under the title “Problems of inheriting personal belongings by inheritance.” The research that she participated in with Prof. Dr. Qais Abdel-Wahab Issa, teaching at the University of Mosul, College of Law. The research addressed the problems raised by the deceased’s personal belongings, which revolve around the right of any of the heirs to acquire them. .
