An instructor at Al-Noor University College publishes a research

The Iraqi University Magazine published a research by a lecturer at Al-Noor University College, Department of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Faris Ahmed Ismail The research was entitled (Illicit drug trafficking in international legal rules), which deals, through the analytical approach, with the relevant international legal rules contained in international agreements, as well as referring to some national legal rules.
