Al-Noor University College organizes the Al-Noor bicycle competition in Nineveh
Al-Noor University College organized the Al-Noor Cycling Championship.
. The Media Division of the college has remarked that the contestants set out from inside the college campus in the Al Shallalat area to the public road, covering a distance of 5 kilometers, and then returned to the college campus from the main gate. Twenty youth players and competitors participated in the competition in the presence of the Dean of Al-Noor University College, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, and the President of Union Bicycles in Nineveh, Mr. Omar Shams Al-Din, and many sports and social events in the city.
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, said: “This morning the Nineveh Governorate Cycling Championship was conducted, which was embraced and supported by Al-Noor University College. The participating competitors in this tournament represent some of them Arab champions and Iraqi champions, and some of them are young players.
The President of the Cycling Union in Nineveh, Mr. Omar Shams Al-Din, expressed his gratitude for the efforts of Al-Noor University College and said “A positive initiative this day was presented by Al-Noor University College in Nineveh Governorate, this unique scientific edifice, this large educational institution by holding a bicycle championship and embracing the players of Nineveh Governorate and the national team players as well for bicycles
At the conclusion, the Deanship of the College distributed shields, medals, and certificates of appreciation to the winners of the competition, and several memorial photos were taken on the occasion.
