In the field of participation of the faculty members of Al-Noor College in scientific activities held outside of Iraq, Dr. Faris Aldulaimi, a faculty member in the Law Department, participated in the Regional Conference on International Humanitarian Law held at the Faculty of Law, Petra University in Jordan. He presented his research titled "International Responsibility for Violations of the Right to Health." His research was well-received by the organizing committee and the audience, and Dr. Faris also engaged in discussions by providing comments on various topics. Additionally, he presented a shield from Al-Noor College to the President of Petra University and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, thanking them and extending greetings from the staff, professors, employees, and students of Al-Noor College after explaining to them about the college, its departments, and its aspirations to become a university.
