In collaboration with the Iraqi Association for Psychotherapy, Al-Noor University College organized an international training course titled "Psychological Assessment and Diagnosis Using the Vienna System of Psychological Examination and Diagnosis Tests." The course took place on Tuesday, 30/7/2019, and Wednesday, 31/7/2019, at the conference hall. It was supervised and presented by Dr. Adel Abdul Rahman Al-Salehi, the founder and president of the Iraqi Association for Psychotherapy. Participants in the course included trainees from the Department of Physical Education at Al-Noor University College, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University, the Departments of Physical Education at the Colleges of Education for Women and Basic Education at Mosul University, the Department of Physical Education at the College of Education at Al-Hamdaniya University, and the Technical College at Northern Technical University. The course covered a historical introduction followed by lectures on measurement, evaluation, professional ethics, computerized diagnosis, the Vienna test system theoretically and practically, as well as the types of this system, devices, and software. This course marked the first time the Vienna System was introduced to Mosul, with Al-Noor University College leading the initiative.

On the second day of the course, Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the dean of Al-Noor University College, attended and distributed certificates to the participants. He was accompanied by Professor Dr. Dhargham Jasim, the dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University, along with the assistant deans of both colleges. Dr. Adel Al-Salehi was also present.
