Over the course of two days, Wednesday and Thursday, corresponding to the 12th and 13th of February 2020, at Cihan University in Erbil, Al-Noor University College participated, with a solid scientific presence, crowned by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, and with him three figures of scientific research in the Law Department, in the proceedings of the International Conference for the Humanities, which is held by The Iraqi Elders Organization for Transitional Justice, under the title (Transitional Justice...its Prospects and Ways to Achieve It in Iraq and the Middle East), in cooperation with a number of universities, scientific, legal and union institutions, and in the presence of a large gathering of representatives of Arab and international universities and representatives of consular and diplomatic missions in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, in the presence of the Honorable Professor Khaled bin Naji, General Coordinator of the Iraqi Elders Organization for Transitional Justice... The participation of Al-Noor University College was represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, chairing one of the research sessions in the conference and presenting the Shield of Al-Noor to both the Elders Organization and Cihan University... while Dr. Nashwan Al-Chadirji, Head of the Law Department at the College, presented his research, which is titled (Protecting Cultural Property). Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, a lecturer in the Law Department at Al-Noor University, delivered his research entitled (Foundations of Transitional Justice). Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, a lecturer in the same department, delivered his research titled (Respect for Citizenship Rights is a Guarantee of Continuity The relationship between the state and society)... The conference was an occasion to sign a bilateral agreement between Al-Noor University College and Jadara University of Jordan
