The Council of Ministers grants official recognition to Al-Noor University College

The Council of Ministers agreed to grant a founding license to Al-Noor University College with a group of colleges, according to the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers, in its 33rd session of 2012, agreed to grant the license, and thus Al-Noor University College will be an official private college recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
