In light of the principle of twinning between Al-Noor University College and institutions of higher education in Nineveh Governorate, including Mosul University and Northern Technical University, a joint scientific research was completed in which Assistant Professor Dr. Shakir Mahmood Saeed and Assistant Professor Waseem Mohamed Jamil, both from Al Noor University College and Dr. Ammar Abdel Aziz Al-Shamma and Dr. Sama Adnan Raouf, from the Mosul Technical Institute at the Northern Technical University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Yaqdan Salih from the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Mosul. The research is entitled (Preparation of New Complexes of Manganese, Iron, Cobalt and Nickel with Mixtures of Ligands of Cephalosacin and Metronidazole or 4-amino antipyrine and Studying its Chemical and Physical Properties and its Anti-bacterial Activity) Preparation of New Complexes of Bivalent Manganese, Iron, Cobalt, and Nickel with Mixed Ligands of Ciprofloxacin (Cip) and Metronidazole (Met) or 4-Aminoantipyrine (4AAP) with Study of Their Chemical, Physical Properties and Antibacterial Activity. It was published in the Egyptian Journal of Chemistry which is among the Scopus containers.
