Lect. Dr.. NadhimYounis Saleh, the instructor at Al-Noor University College, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the postgraduate student for the master’s degree (Noor Ali Suleiman) in the College of Arts / Department of Translation at Tikrit University, who presented her thesis entitled “The Effect of Context on Translating English Legal Idioms into Arabic” to the committee which was headed by Prof. Dr. Omar Ahmed Shihab and the membership of Lect. Dr. Nadhim Younis Saleh from #Al-Noor_University_College and Asst. Prof. Ibrahim Mohamed Ali. This study assumes that the type of terminology, context influence, knowledge of legal language, and the translator's familiarity with these terms helps in understanding the meaning of these terms and providing appropriate translations. Theoretically, this study provides a theoretical background on the concept of terms, their categories, characteristics, functions, difficulties and strategies in translating these terms. A brief description of the relationship between idioms and culture and between terms and other related concepts such as metaphor, proverbs, and solidarity; the role of context in translating idioms; Finally, a brief presentation of legal translation and legal language. The Journal of Current Research on Health Sector (JoCReHeS) published in its issue number 12 of 2022 a research on a clinical study entitled "Neuronal Symptoms of Corona Virus Disease" conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Khairaldeen Mohammed Sulaiman, the professor at Al Noor University College,.. The aim of the study is to highlight the neurological symptoms of Corona virus. The study was conducted on a random sample of 180 patients from northern Iraq of both sexes, males and females, and of different age.. Assistant Professor Dr. Haseeb Elias Majeed, the instructor at Al-Noor University College - Department of English, published a set of articles on the city of Mosul in English and French language in“Gilgamesh” and “Baghdad” journals. On the authority of the Academic Research Center in Toronto / Canada, Assistant Professor Dr. Haseeb Elias Hadid, the professor at Al-Noor University College, published the new book, “Religious Life of the Nabataeans”, that Dr. Haseeb translated from English language into Arabic. The book contains (333) pages within the 100_titles project for 2022 A.D. From the series on the history of the Arabian Peninsula and its religions before Islam. the book is written by Professor Dr. Peter Elbas, who is specialized in studies of the ancient Mediterranean and the Near East. The book “The Religious Life of the Nabateans” studies the inscriptions, sculptures, and architectural remains left by the religious in every corner of the Nabataean state. On the authority of Mashki for Printing and Publishing, a book entitled (The Artistic Structure in the Poetry of Muyassar al-Khashab) was published by the critic Ahmed Khalaf al-Jubouri, and it is an academic study in which the writer dealt with an analysis of some of the groups of the instructor in the English Language Department, Muyassar al-Khashab, and his standing on aspects related to the rhetorical aspect, especially Metonymy and Metaphor, as well as studying the symbol and rhythm and benefiting from the poet's biography and then presenting his conclusions to the work.
