Participation of a Professor in the Department of Law in publishing a joint research in Al-Anbar University Journal

The Anbar University Journal of Legal and Political Sciences published in its first issue of 2022 a joint research by Asst. Prof. Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, professor at Al-Noor University College  Department of Law, under the title “The Legal Basis for the Right of the Supreme Federal Court in Iraq to Interpret Constitutional Texts... A Comparative Study.” The research he conducted with Dr. Oday Talal Mahmoud, Head of the Public Law Branch at Nineveh University, dealt with the importance of the role that the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq that jurisdiction over and to clarify the legal basis for its right to interpret the provisions of the Constitution
