Al-Noor University College held the first conference in Nineveh and the eleventh in Iraq for inventors and innovators, which was organized by the French Center for Scientists and Inventors in cooperation with the College of Education and the Engineering /University of Samarra and Al-Maarif University College

The activities of the conference started with the speech of the Dean of Al-Noor University College, Prof. Dr.Yassin Taha Al-Hajar, and the presence of the chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Dr. Muzahem Al-Khayyat, the president of the NorthernTechnical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abass Al-Attar, the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Prof. Dr. Aqil Al-Araji, and Dr. Khaled Awni Al-Mukhtar, manager of the Nationality and Civil Status in Nineveh.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the speech of the Dean of Al-Noor University College, and the speech of the French International Center for Scientists and Inventors, presented by the expert Dr. Qasim Al-Marsoumi, followed by the opening of the exhibition by Dr.Muzahem Al-Khayyat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Dr. Alia Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, and Prof. Dr. Yassin TahaAl-Hajar, Dean of Al-Noor University College and they showed the guests the patents. In this conference, Al-Noor University College signed a cooperation agreement with Samarra University, which included scientific and academic cooperation to serve the development of the education process in Iraq.
The conference was concluded by honoring the inventors and innovators who participated in the exhibition and distributing shields and certificates of thanks and appreciation to them by Al-Noor University College and the French International Center for Scientists and Inventors.
