"The lecturer from Al-Noor University College / Department of Dentistry, Asst. Lect. Safwan Jassim Sultan, participated in giving a lecture in the Second Iraq Conference to raise awareness of biological risks, which was held in Erbil under the patronage of the Minister of Health / Chairman of the National Committee for Biological Risk Management and in coordination with the Kurdistan Regional Committee and in cooperation with the Program for Confronting Biological Threats and the American Sandia Laboratories, the lecture was titled:
