As part of a series of initiatives supported by the college in all fields, Al-Noor University College was keen on its great interest in music and support art in Nineveh Governorate by holding an art festival in the presence of the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Najm al-Jubouri, the Syndicate of Iraqi Artists, Jabbar Judi, the Vice President of the Artists Syndicate, the artist Asia Kamal and the accompanying delegation and a lot of artists and intellectuals in Nineveh Governorate.
