Asst. Prof. Dr. Salih Hussein Ali, the professor at Al-Noor University College / Department of Law, chaired a discussion committee for the master’s thesis submitted by (Saad Mallo Hussein) entitled (Parliamentary decisions and their validity towards other authorities and independent bodies in Iraq, a comparative study) at the College of Law / University of Mosul. The discussion committee included: Asst. Prof. Dr. Salih Hussein Ali, Asst. Prof. Dr. Dawla Ahmed Abdullah, Lect. Dr. Baida Abduljawad Mohammed and Prof. Dr. Sivan Pakrad as member and supervisor.
