Dr. Jassim Khalaf Elias, a professor in the Department of Arabic Language at Al-Noor University College, gifted one hundred books from his library to the library of the Northern Technical University, which prompted Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the University to award him a book of appreciating Efforts for his initiative.
