An instructor in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College getting his PhD in private law

"Dia Hadaf Dia Mohammed Najib Al-Jadir, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College, received his PhD after discussing his thesis submitted to the Private Law Branch at the College of Law of Mosul University entitled (Restriction of shareholders` right to manage the Joint Stock Company/comparative study).
The thesis dealt with the Joint Stock Company, which is one of the range of financial companies that the law generally regulates the relationship between it and and its third-party shareholders and transactions with it. The law also regulates part of the shareholders` rights in these companies. The most important of these rights is the shareholder`s right to manage the Joint Stock Company, the limitations on this right and the effects on the restriction of this right.
The discussion took place on Thursday morning, 24/8/2023, by a committee consisting of Dr. Mostafa Natiq Saleh, Professor at the faculty of law at Mosul University as a chairman and Dr. Zakaria Younis Ahmed, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tikrit, Dr Bushra Khalid Turki, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul and Dr. Aysar Issam Daoud Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and at Mosul University Dr. Ryan Hashim Hamdon, Assistant Professor at the College of Law and Political Science at Kirkuk University, as a members of the Discussion Committee, and Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law at Mosul University as a Member and Supervisor."
