The Dean of the College of Education at Alnoor University chaired a discussion committee at the University of Mosul.

Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidane, Dean of the College of Education at Alnoor University, chaired the discussion committee for a master's student at the University of Mosul. The student, Uwaid Dhiyab Muhammad, presented his thesis titled 'Sentence Structure in the Poetry of Abu Ishaq Al-Albiri (d. 460 AH): A Syntactic and Semantic Study.' The discussion committee included Dr. Khair Al-Din Fattah Eisa, Dr. Nibila Shukr Khorshid, and Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hawas, all from the University of Mosul.
