A faculty member from Alnoor University participates in the Green House Hackathon for Sustainable Construction in Nineveh.

Assistant Lecturer Saad Saleh Diyab Shihab a faculty member in the Department of Construction Engineering and Project Management at the College of Engineering , Alnoor University, participated in the "House" project organized by the International Trade Center in collaboration with Mosul Space Foundation and supported by the European Union. The project began with the Green House Hackathon competition, which aims to develop realistic and innovative solutions to address the impacts of climate change on housing units. The competition concluded with the presentation of two innovative projects that provide realistic solutions to enhance the use of clean energy in housing units and improve their thermal insulation.
