Meeting of the Electronic Computing Department at the Presidency of Alnoor University

A meeting of the Electronic Computer Department was held at the Presidency of Alnoor University on the morning of Sunday, September 21, 2025, presided over by the Head of the Department Asst. Lect. Abdulrahman A. Mahmoodand the attendance of the heads of the divisions and the units affiliated with the department
During the meeting the electronic systems that were set up at the beginning of the new academic year were discussed in order to facilitate academic and administrative procedures The meeting also addressed the implementation of the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the follow-up on the implementation of the HEPIQ system, and the review of the latest updates and ministerial instructions, as well as efforts to implement them
The meeting emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation among the department members to ensure smooth workflow, in addition to supporting the Computer Center for the divisions and units in the upcoming academic year by overcoming difficulties and providing the necessary technical solutions
The meeting also discussed ways to develop and simplify electronic services in a manner that enhances the educational and administrative process within the university and contributes to providing an integrated technological environment that supports the academic journey at Alnoor University.
