Free scholarship
Al-Noor University College announces an acceptance plan for non-Iraqi students for the year 2023-2024. As a response to the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the initiative “Study in Iraq” according to the instructions of the Dean of Al-Noor University College Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar , the application link is revealed to the Non-Iraqi students who are interested in completing their undergraduate at our university
Accordingly, Al-Noor University College has declared completing its plan to receive non-Iraqi students which indicates free scholarships in various departments of the college, it aims to reinforce cultural exchange, hence being elevated to the scientific level through acceptance of students from different nationalities, 3 seats for each specialization with a total number of 39 seats.

- Department of Construction Engineering & Project Management
- Department of Petroleum Engineering
Being informed that the date of starting to apply for the scholarship and receive the nomination is the 15th of March,2023. The final date to receive the study scholarships application is on the 12th of July 2023.
