A research paper by Dr. Salih Hussein Ali, Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at Al-Noor University College, was published in the Insights Journal for Legal and Economic Studies at the Faculty of Law - Bouchaib Belhadj University - Ain Temouchet - Algeria.. The research is entitled (People’s satisfaction is a strengthening of constitutional legitimacy).

Assistant Lecturer Safwan Jassim Sultan, the instructor at Al-Noor University College, published a research paper in the International Journal of Health Sciences (lJHS), which is a refereed scientific journal with Scopus impact, after it had informed him of the acceptance of publishing the research.

Dr. Shakir Mahmoud Saeed, Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques at Al-Noor University College, chaired a discussion committee for the postgraduate student for the M.A. degree, Zina Khaled Yahya Younis, about her thesis in Organic Chemistry that she submitted to the Department of Chemistry at the College of Science at University of Mosul under the title (Construction of Some Derivatives: The new bi-chalcones containing the unit 2,6-dimethyl-4,1-dihydropyridine). Dr. Shakir Mahmoud received a certificate of appreciation presented to him at the end of the discussion by the Dean of the College of Science at University of Mosul.

The joint research was published by Prof. Dr. Samir Khalaf Abdullah, Dean Assistant for Scientific Affairs of Al-Noor University College and the Assistant Lecturer, Zeina Salem Aufi, the instructor in the same faculty, and Dr. Ahmed Bashir Mohamed from University of Zakho on (traditional and partial diagnosis and the spread of fungi that cause candidiasis among women attending gynecological clinics in Dohuk Governorate) in the Bulgarian Journal of Microbiology and which is within Scopus list
