Assistant Professor Dr. Sajida Sharif Hussein joined Al-Noor University College in November 2018 to teach medical biology, both theoretical and practical. She obtained a master’s degree in zoology from the University of Mosul, College of Science, Life Sciences Department, in 1979. She worked in the same department as an assistant teacher and with the rank of instructor from 1989. She obtained a doctorate in zoology from the College of Education, Life Sciences Department, in 2000. She obtained the rank of Assistant Professor Dr. Sajida Sharif Hussein joined Al-Noor University College in November 2018 to teach medical biology, both theoretical and practical. She obtained a doctorate in zoology from the College of Education, Life Sciences Department, in 2000. She obtained the rank of assistant professor in 2008.
I worked in teaching bachelor's, master's and doctoral students. She worked as a researcher and published in well-known local and international journals. The doctor attended several conferences and seminars as a participant, presenter, and researcher, and published the results of some research at conferences held in Iraqi universities. She supervised many undergraduate students’ graduation research and supervised a number of postgraduate students. She participated in scientific committees to discuss master’s theses and doctoral theses, comprehensive examination committees for doctoral students, and contributed to the evaluation of a number of research submitted for scientific promotions, research participating in conferences, research submitted for publication in scientific journals, and the scientific evaluation of master’s theses and doctoral theses. She worked on permanent and temporary committees, including the Graduate Studies Committee, the Research Investigation Committee, the Scientific Committee, the Examination Committee, and the Committee for the Safe Handling of Chemicals. Through many activities, Dr. Sajida contributed to providing community services.
