Asst. Lect.Manhal Ibrahim Abdullah

He began his academic studies in the Department of Physics/College of Science, University of Mosul, and graduated in 1978.
 He worked as a physics teacher on the staff of the Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate for the period (1980-1995). He was forced to leave his job due to the conditions of the unjust siege, then he joined the Translation Department at the College of Arts, University of Mosul.
He worked as an English language teacher outside the country in international schools in Sanaa / Yemen for the period (1999-2002). He contributed to the establishment and development of the English School in Duhok Governorate for the period (2004 - 2013). He obtained a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Pune, Republic of India, in 2015. Then assistant teacher Manhal Ibrahim Abdullah joined Al-Noor University College in 2016 in the alternative location in the Sheikhan district after ISIS took control of the city of Mosul. __ He contributed to teaching English literature courses at the alternative site of the College of Education, University of Mosul
Asst. Lect. Manhal Ibrahim teaches Drama and Novel subjects to third and fourth year students. He is interested in the scientific approaches of the scientist Stephen Krashen to the topics of English language acquisition. He is currently interested in teaching conversation at various levels and has participated in many specialized seminars and workshops to develop teaching methods in this subject, in addition to his participation in many local and international conferences.
