Prof. Noor Louay Abdulkhaleq Al-Ghadanfari joined Al-Noor University College in 2021 to teach in the Law Department. She obtained a master’s degree from the University of Mosul / College of Law in 2020, specializing in civil law. She holds a certificate in teaching methods and supervising many student research and teaching a number of scientific subjects within general and precise jurisdiction, he is a member of the Iraqi Bar Association and a member of the Iraqi Jurists Union.
