Assistant lecturer, Dalal Waadallah Shehab, who graduated with a BA degree in English translation in 2011 , worked as a translator in one of the private companies for three years. In 2017, she was appointed at Al-Noor University College. She worked as an employee in the Administrative Affairs Division and then in the Registration Division. In 2018, she was accepted to study master at the college of Arts, Department of Translation. In 2020, she graduated with a master degree in translation, and returned to Al-Noor University College, where she became a lecturer at English Language Department, in addition to her work on the administrative side, so she worked in the Quality Assurance Division. In 2021, she became the administrator of the government program unit at Al-Noor University College. In 2022, she became the administrator of the Performance Evaluation Unit in the Quality Assurance Division at Al-Noor University College
