March in the year 2023,a doctoral dissertation in the conservative treatment branch at the college of dentistry in Mosul University.<\/p><p>(Synthesis and characterization of hydroxyapatite for biomimetic enamel remineralization).<\/p><p>The presentation of the student( Amer Abdul-Jabar Sultan ) has aimed to to determine the effect of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on the remineralization of enamel caries created in situ.<br \/>Where the biomineral materials are represented by nano-hydroxyapatite were manufactured from raw materials of natural origin (bovine bones), the properties of this material were checked by FTIR, XRD, SEM and FESEM before and after the remineralization of human teeth, a comparative study between the two materials. and evaluation of the microhardness of natural, demineralized, and biomineralized enamel to assess the ability of the prepared hydroxyapatite nanoparticles to improve the mechanical characters of human enamel.<br \/>In addition, the biocompatibility of the prepared hydroxyapatite nanoparticles was tested by Mtt assay on human fetal liver cells to evaluate the cell viability to stay in the presence of the prepared material results.<br \/>The researcher's conclusion has concluded that the natural origin synthetic nano-HA has the ability to produce an enamel-like layer that can repair caries and improve the properties of
