submitted by the student, Safar Yousif Saleem, entitled: (The Legal Acts of Administration in the Era of Globalization \u2013 A Comparative Study,) at the College of Law, University of Mosul.<\/p><p>The dissertation addressed an important legal topic that keeps pace with contemporary developments and the impact of globalization on the legal acts of public administration through a comparative study. The study aimed to clarify the legal and regulatory dimensions of this subject and to highlight the most significant challenges and modern trends associated with it.<\/p><p>This scholarly participation comes as part of the College of Law and Political Science\u2019s commitment to strengthening its scientific and academic presence and contributing to the discussion of research and
