Dr. Siham Jasim Abdullah Ali Al-Fares obtained her Ph.D. in Physics/Solid State Physics/Theoretical Physics from Mosul University, College of Science, Department of Physics, under the supervision of Dr. Adnan Mohammed Al-Sheikh and Dr. Mumtaz Mohammed Saleh in 2013. After completing her Ph.D., she began her teaching career as a lecturer at the University of Hamdaniya, College of Education, Department of Physics, teaching courses such as Solid State Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Physical Optics, English Language, Mechanical Laboratory, and Electrical Laboratory from 2018 to 2021. She also taught courses in the History Department, Psychological and Educational Sciences Department, and Arabic Language Department for Computer Basics and the Internet during the academic year 2013-2014. Additionally, she taught at Mosul University, College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Physics, in the Electronics and Electricity Laboratories from 2017 to 2019, and at the College of Education for Humanities, Arabic Language Department, both in the morning and evening shifts, and the Geography Department for Computer Basics and the Internet during 2017-2018, then joined Al-Noor University College as an academic staff member in various departments, including Optics Techniques (2018-2019), Dental Techniques (2018-2019/2020-2021), Pharmacy (2018-2019), and Radiology and Sonar Department (2020-2022), teaching courses in Medical Physics and General Theoretical and Practical Physics. She supervised the Medical Physics Laboratory in the Pharmacy Department (2018-2019), Optics Techniques Department (2018-2020), Dental Prosthetics Techniques Department, and Radiology Techniques Department (2020-2021) at Al-Noor University College. She has an H-index of 2 and has been cited twice on Scopus. She has several published research papers, three of which are indexed in Scopus and Clarivate databases, while others are collectively indexed in Scopus. Dr. Siham has supervised approximately 7 graduation research projects and has served on postgraduate student thesis committees. Additionally, she holds ISO certification as an Internal Auditor and Laboratory Certification. She has also received numerous certificates for participating in workshops, training courses, international and local conferences, and seminars. Dr. Siham has been a speaker at five Continuous Education Courses at Al-Noor University College. She has received the highest performance evaluation rating in the category of full-time teaching staff at Al-Noor University College. Dr. Siham has received more than 18 certificates of appreciation for her outstanding efforts in completing assigned tasks. She is a member of several organizations, including the International Association of Scientific Researchers (Membership number: 2019210029312), BDN Academy, Curriculum Standards Committee, Scientific Arbitration Committee for the Radiology and Sonar Department at Al-Noor University College (2020-2021), Internal Audit and Laboratory Monitoring Committee at Noor University College (2020-2021), Monthly Activity Report Preparation Committee at Al-Noor University College, and a member of the Nineveh Graduates Association and Higher Degree Holders Association. She has held various positions, including Chair of the Examination Committee for Medical Departments at Al-Noor University College (2019-2020), Chair of the Examination Committee for Technical Departments at Al-Noor University College (2020-2022), Follow-up and Public Relations Officer for the Continuous Education Unit at Al-Noor University College, Coordinator of the Radiology and Sonar Department at Al-Noor University College (2018-2019), Coordinator of the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department at Al-Noor University College (2019-2022), Head of the Educational Guidance Committee for the Dental Prosthetics Techniques Department at Al-Noor University College (2020-2021), Representative of Al-Noor University College in the Iraqi Academic Union, and Registered Member of Al-Noor University College.
