Asst. Lect. Shilan who graduated from Tishk International University - College of Dentistry in 2017 started working as a volunteer at Azadi Teaching Hospital for one year after having studied Professional Diploma from the British Academy of Implantology and Restorative Dentistry. In 2018, Dr. Shilan started working in a private clinic in Erbil, and at the same time, she was accepted into the master's program at Hawler Medical University - Department of Dental Surgery. In 2020, she obtained a master's degree, and her essay was published in the Erbil Journal of Applied Arts, she started teaching at Al-Noor College of Dentistry in 2020.
