Lect. Dr.Faris Ahmed Ismail
Dr. Faris Ahmed Ismail joined Al-Noor University College in 2017 to teach the subject of public international law. He holds a doctorate degree from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo. He participated in a number of conferences inside and outside Iraq, including in Jordan and Lebanon. He published seven books in the branches of private law and public law. He contributed with the community police in a study on domestic violence in national and international legal rules. In addition to participating in a symposium on drugs and their negative effects, and another symposium at the University of Nineveh, College of Law, on the reconstruction of Nineveh, which was entitled “Reconstruction of hospitals and health institutions as an embodiment of the human right to health.”
