By joining this broader coalition, Al-Noor University ensures that the voices of its students are not only heard within the campus walls but resonate at the highest levels of national higher education policy.
Official Affiliation Mandate
To formalize this integration, the Al-Noor University administration and the Student Representative Council have ratified the following institutional mandate:
“The Al-Noor University Student Union operates as a recognized, democratic representative body that is officially connected and affiliated to a wider national student union body. This formal national affiliation guarantees that our university’s student leadership actively participates in broader Iraqi student governance, sharing resources, policies, and advocacy efforts on a national scale.”

Through this national affiliation, Al-Noor University students will now have direct access to inter-university conferences, national leadership training programs, and joint community outreach initiatives.
