"He earned his bachelor's degree from the Department of Media at the College of Arts, University of Baghdad, in 1980.
He obtained a Higher Diploma in Media Research from Grenoble University in France in 1989.
He received his master's degree in Radio and Television Media from Rouen University in France in 1990.
He completed his Ph.D. in Media Philosophy from the University of Baghdad in 1993.
He worked as a media professional, educator, and advisor in several countries, including serving as the Dean of the College of Media at Al Jazeera University in the United Arab Emirates. Finally, he served as the head of the Digital Media Department at Al-Noor University College, and upon its transformation into a university, he was appointed as the Dean of the College of Arts at Al-Noor University."
