يسعى قسم التأهيل والتوظيف في جامعة النور الى تحقيق الأهداف الآتية :
1- Develop career paths based on students' skills and interests.
2- Provide educational and career information to help students advance their career development.
3- Assist students in selecting academic programs aligned with their abilities and offer other opportunities to expand their educational and career choices in the future.
4- Enable students to gain experience through extracurricular activities, community service, and research projects during their university studies.
5- Utilize technology to enhance professional and career development and identify job opportunities aligned with students' goals.
6- Conduct surveys on graduate numbers in various fields, employment rates, and unemployment rates, and provide relevant authorities with the results for necessary action.

يتبنى قسم التأهيل والتوظيف والمتابعة في جامعة النور متابعة طلبة الجامعة وخريجيها في مختلف تخصصاتهم عن طريق تدريبهم وتأهيلهم على مهارات يتطلبها سوق العمل ومساعدتهم كذلك في الحصول على فرص عمل تناسبهم والتواصل معهم أينما كانوا ومساعدة الباحثين عن موظفين في الوصول الى الموظف المناسب.

يطمح قسم التأهيل والتوظيف والمتابعة الى تأهيل الطلبة والخريجين ومساعدتهم في الحصول على فرص عمل في القطاعين العام والخاص.
