In line with the administrative orders of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Al-Noor University has established the "Electronic Incubator Division." This division is linked to the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs and is responsible for aligning student talents with the job market. It aims to guide various stakeholders in the field toward the creative and scientific outputs of talented students, thereby enabling them to recognize these innovations and encouraging them to adopt and support them.
