Professor from the College of Dentistry at Al-Noor University chaired the defense committee for a postgraduate student at the University of Mosul.

Faculty members from Al-Noor University continue to lead in the field of postgraduate thesis defenses across Iraqi universities. Professor Dr. Rafid Kamal Jameel from the College of Dentistry at Al-Noor University chaired the defense committee for Master's student Nimer Mazen Zaki Othman, who presented his thesis to the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul, titled
Synthesis of novel dioxathiole -coumarin hybrids as bioactive candidates

The defense took place on Tuesday morning, 3/9/2024, at the University of Mosul. The committee included Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Khidir Akleh, Lecturer Dr. Banan Burhan Saied, and Professor Dr. Yasser Fakhri Mustafa, all from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul.
At the end of the defense, the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul awarded Professor Dr. Rafid Kamal Jameel a certificate of appreciation.
